We are looking for a Service Greeter to join our team! This is an entry level position in the automotive industry and we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:
Work directly with the assistant service managers and assist them with write-up, updating a customer and closing the repair order.
Verifying that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
Ensuring all customers have an exceptional service experience.
Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.
Deliver customers vehicles back to them in the service lane.
Handle payment from customers on occasion.
Scheduling appointments and answering the phones.
Full and part-time positions open.
Driven to succeed and advance.
Qualifications:
Friendly and customer service focused!! Reliable Able to multi-task and work under pressure Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside Computer knowledge a plus!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
