Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerConduct thorough vehicle inspections and listen to customer concernsProvide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance servicesCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of workCommunicate with customers regarding service updates and recommendationsMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and service historyRequirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of automotive systems and repairsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesProficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
