The Assistant Manager works on the line with the team overseeing every aspect of the guest experience from start to finish, positively coaching their staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant.
The Assistant Manager must build their team when selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing team members.
As an Assistant Manager, you will spend much of your time with the staff helping them grow and become part of our great service industry.
