Member Service Agent

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the guest registration and delivering great customer service.
DUTIES

  • Answering Phones.
  • Keeping a helpful and cheerful disposition.
  • Be knowledgeable of resort operating procedures.
  • Making reservations.
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient office area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • General knowledge of computer operations.
  • Speak, read, and write the English language fluently.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Must be able to hear and respond over the telephone.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Motivated and able to keep organized.
  • Excited to learn new things and able to adapt to changes well.
  • Good inter-personal skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
